Animal Resources Unit

Animal Resource Unit, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine UPM is established as a unit to breed and supplyconventionally-housed laboratory animals to be used in either teaching or research purposes to the researchers within and outside UPM. The laboratory animals that can be obtained from this facility are:

Mice (BALB/C and ICR)
Rat (Sprague Dawley)
Rabbit (New Zealand White)

It is recommended for the researchers or institutions who are interested to obtain laboratory animals from our unit to make booking at least 3 months prior to collecting the animals.
