At the end of the
course, the student would : |
- acquire
knowledge of the important lesions in each organ in the body systems
- understand the
pathogenesis /development of lesions and the involvement of lesions in
the development of disease.
- able to
identify macroscopic and microscopic lesions.
- used the
acquired knowledge to explain the development of disease and arrive at
etiological and clinical diagnosis.

Synopsis
: |
This is an
integrated course on the relationship of important lesions and diseases
that occur in the digestive, hemopoietic, nervous, endocrine and
respiratory systems and also the cause and clinical signs. Pathogenesis,
diagnosis and treatment of the disease is also discussed.
