Objectives of CENTRAS

CENTRAS coordinates activities of continuing professional development in tropical animal production and disease studies. The main activities include seminars, workshops and short courses. Since its inception, CENTRAS had organised or co-organised many continuing education programmes for the Faculty as well as in collaboration with external agencies, using foreign as well as local expertise.

 

Objectives

The objectives of continuing education are:

  • To increase the level of professional competence among veterinary academicians, researchers,  practitioners and related professionals.

  • To enhance the knowledge and skill of personnels involved in the animal industry and those involved in keeping of animals.
