Our laboratory provides accredited testing methods and services: 

Test methods accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:

1. Isolation of bacteria from clinical specimen and enviromental samples.
2. Identification of Streptococcus pyogenes 
3. Identification of Staphylococcus aureus 
4. Identification of Pseudomonas aeruginosa 
5. Identification of Pasteurella multocida 
6. Identification of Escherichia coli
7. Antibiotic susceptibility test
8. Microscopic agglutination test (MAT) for Leptospirosis

Test and services available:

1. Isolation and identification of bacteria and fungus
2. Antibiotic susceptibility test
3. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for Leptospirosis
4. Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC)
5. Antimicrobial testing
6. Bacterial count
7. Freeze-dryer (preservation of bacteria)
8. Pulsed Field Gel Electrophoresis (PFGE).

Application for each laboratory services can be made by sending the samples directly to the Counter Veterinary Laboratory Services Unit or directly to our lab for further discussion.
